Roommate Wanted $250!! in Tucson, Arizona

Hi!
My name is Ariana, I'm a student at the University of Arizona. I own my own house (3 bedroom, 2 bath) and recently one of my roommates moved out. I do have one roommate, who is a male and also a student at the UofA. But since there is an extra room, I was thinking about getting another roommate to help out with the bills. The house is located near Grant Rd and Oracle, about 3 miles away from the University of Arizona campus. I am looking for a responsible, understanding, and independent person to live with. The house that I own is run down and small, it has been passed through many generations, and it is in a run down neighborhood as well. The house does not have tile/carpet because we are going to be putting in tile this upcoming summer. The only rooms that have tile are the room available for rent, the kitchen, and bathrooms. We do own a dog, she is a pit bull but she is as sweet as can be. It will be expected that you do your share of housework and take responsibility. It might be asked that you look after the dog if you are available when myself and the other roommate is out of town but that can be discussed. I am looking for a roommate 18 to 25 years of age. You would have your own room but would have to share the bathroom with the other roommate.
